6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Services
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may reschedule your session at no additional charge by contacting us via our online contact form. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our advisory service.
6.2 Information Products
Digital materials are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and no materials have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Returns require prior approval via our online contact form and must be sent to the address provided upon request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Amendments
Proteccion Dorada reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on protdorada.com. Continued use of any service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
